Q: Where do you ship from?
I ship from Quebec, Canada, and mainly use Canada Post as my main shipping courrier. Whenever they go on strike, I switch courriers to ChitChats.
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
I currently ship to every country except for countries from the EU, the UK, and Israel.

Q: Why don't you ship to [Insert country]?
There might be a lot of reasons as to why I won't or can't ship to your country. You can always ask me directly for a more thorough answer.
Q: I ordered something a while ago and it still hasn't arrived. Why is that?
I try to provide tracking with every order I send out. As stated before, I mainly use Canada Post and, while postal strikes are happening, ChitChats. Any delays are unfortunately out of my control, so I would advise you to get in contact with the partner postak service in your country to see why that might be. Feel free to let me know about it! I can try my best to offer assistance as well.
Q: Will you make [specific merch] of [specific media]?
It depends! I mostly make merch of things that I like. However, I'm always open to suggestions and ideas, so do let me know if you'd like to see me make something specific!
